Hi there
Welcome! I’m Dr. Augusto Neto, a prosthodontist with more than 30 years of practice. I graduated from Universidade de Uberaba, Brazil, in 1994 and practiced for nearly two decades in Brazil before moving to the United States in 2013.
In the US I taught at two dental schools, completed post-graduate training and became licensed in Florida and Illinois. Today I divide my time between teaching dentists and treating patients at Precision Dental Studio, in Coral Gables.
In my courses and in the chair I follow the same principle: complex dentistry cannot be rushed. Small groups, time to practice and real feedback on every preparation.

Training and continuing education
Dr. Neto is a pioneer of hands-on bench test training in the USA, and many instructors teaching bench test courses today were once his students. Small groups, three intensive days, in Miami’s Health District.
Hands-on courses for dentists
Beyond the clinic, Dr. Neto is passionate about teaching. In small-group, hands-on classes he trains dental students, foreign-trained dentists and experienced practitioners with a practical, real-world focus.
Each course is tailored to the needs of the group, so every student leaves with technique they can use on the bench test and in daily practice.
The Bench Test course now has two programs
Bench tests are not all the same: different schools may require different procedures and techniques. Program 1 and Program 2 are both intensive, 3-day, in-person, hands-on courses. Take one based on the procedures you need, or both for broader preparation.

“I did not make the course shorter. I made the training deeper.”
